A Mitutoyo Series 7 magnetic stand for holding a dial test indicator or dial indicator on a machine tool or fixture. The magnet clamps firmly to iron and steel, and is switched on or off with a quarter turn of the lever. The articulated arm locks in any position with a single knob, making it quick to set up on complex parts.
