The Mitutoyo 178-581-32E is a portable surface roughness tester that can measure both skidded and skidless, with a wide-range, high-resolution detector for high-accuracy measurement. The skidless detector and curved-surface compensation evaluate cylinder surfaces efficiently, and ultra-fine steps, straightness and waviness can also be measured. It has a 5.7-inch colour touch-panel LCD, a built-in printer and 46 roughness parameters to the latest ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS standards.
