Mitutoyo 176-990-13 MF-UD4020D High-Power Measuring Microscope, XY Stage Travel 400 x 200mm, With Z-Axis Scale, Brightfield/Darkfield

The Mitutoyo MF-UD4020D (176-990-13) is a high-power multi-function measuring microscope that combines metallurgical observation with high-accuracy measurement, for brightfield/darkfield observation up to 4000X. It uses the proven high-NA, long working distance FS objectives (M/BD Plan Apo, 1X to 200X, optional) on a Siedentoph binocular tube with TV mount, and gives a clear, flare-free erect image over a wide field of view. Measuring accuracy is the highest in its class (JIS B7153). The turret, objectives and illumination unit are optional: an LED (176-450) or halogen (176-452) illumination unit must be ordered with the microscope.
