Mitutoyo 176-898-13 MF-UK3017D High-Power Measuring Microscope, XY Stage Travel 300 x 170mm, Motor-Driven Z-Axis Scale, Brightfield/Darkfield

The Mitutoyo MF-UK3017D (176-898-13) is a high-power multi-function measuring microscope that combines metallurgical observation with high-accuracy measurement, for brightfield/darkfield observation up to 4000X. It uses the proven high-NA, long working distance FS objectives (M/BD Plan Apo, 1X to 200X, optional) on a Siedentoph binocular tube with TV mount, and gives a clear, flare-free erect image over a wide field of view. Measuring accuracy is the highest in its class (JIS B7153). The turret, objectives and illumination unit are optional: an LED (176-450) or halogen (176-452) illumination unit must be ordered with the microscope.
