Mitutoyo 176-891-13 MF-J2017D Measuring Microscope, XY Stage Travel 200 x 170mm, Motor-Driven Z-Axis Scale

The Mitutoyo MF-J2017D (176-891-13) is a standard measuring microscope with a wide choice of accessories, including Vision Units and digital cameras. It gives a clear, flare-free erect brightfield image over a wide field of view, with measuring accuracy that is the highest in its class (JIS B7153) and eyepiece observation up to 2000X. Coarse and fine focus handles on both sides suit left- or right-handed users, and the quick-release stage moves rapidly between measuring points. An LED (176-449) or halogen (176-451) illumination unit must be ordered with the microscope.
